Our objective was to transform Brooklyn Botanica's dated image into a modern, chic brand that could captivate a younger, design-conscious audience on Instagram and TikTok. The goal was to create a premium identity that justified a higher price point and stood out in the competitive online floral market.
The primary challenge was overcoming brand stagnation. Despite having a quality product, their generic logo and plain packaging made them invisible online. They were losing potential customers to trendier, direct-to-consumer competitors and needed a complete visual overhaul to reclaim their market share.
